Your environment influences how you think, move, rest and create. At Restorative Interiors every project begins with understanding your lifestyle, priorities and vision. In turn designing an intentionally supportive space. No two projects are the same and neither is the investment.

This guide outlines how we collaborate together, what to expect and how your project will be priced.

01. STARTING YOUR PROJECT

Design Consultation

All projects begin with a paid consultation. This session allows us to explore your goals, walk through your space, understand your needs and outline an initial direction before any design work begins.

  • Residential Consultation - $250

  • Commercial Consultation - $350

If you choose to move forward, your consultation fee is applied toward your project.

02. HOW PRICING WORKS

Design is not one-size-fits-all. Your investment will be based on:

  • Project Scope

  • Number and Type of Rooms

  • Furnishing Level, Finishes and Materials

  • Timeline and Client Availability

  • Level of Involvement

Once we understand these factors, we prepare a proposal tailored to your project.

Hourly Rates:

  • Residential Design - $75/hour

  • Commercial Design - $85/hour

Hourly billing begins after the consultation and is applied to design time, sourcing, communication and project management as applicable.

03. SERVICE PATHWAYS

You may know exactly what you need or you may be exploring options. Either way either way, every design journey begins with clarity.

Here are the four primary ways we work with clients:

  • E-Design:

    • A virtual solution for clients who want a clear vision and professional direction they can implement at their own pace.

  • Designer for a Day:

    • A focused, high-impact session dedicated to solving problems, making decisions and creating momentum in a single visit.

  • Single Room Design:

    • A complete transformation of one room including spatial planning and selections tailored to your lifestyle.

  • Full Service Design:

    • A comprehensive experience where every detail from initial concept to final installation is managed for you.
